Timeshare (Quality Vacation Club)
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 11/19/2009
We own a timeshare in Knysna (QVC) for the last 12/13yrs now and was only able to use this twice. We purchased 15points. todate we have -15points. We pay yearly fees every year but payment has been made Jan/Feb. We've been told due to the fact that the fees are paid late we are unable to use this facility. We now received a statement for yearly fees plus reservation fees for 2010. I have querried this via email but had no response. I'm unemployed and my husband is on short time. Why do we still have to pay reservation fees for 2010. We're having the worldcup in 2010.
