i bought some chinese food from a chinese store on 1/1/2009 and i found a mouse dropping in my food what should i do i saved everything and the guy tried to bribe me not to call the health department

No you shouldn't. What are your damages. I would not waste your time.
 
 
I don't see how you really suffered any harm here, but you I suppose you could get an attorney to try to get a few $'s out of the guy. Not my area of the law, but its my take on the case.
