Office Action - What Do I Do Next?

I received an email from the trademark office i think i know what it means. but if someone could explain it that would be great . see attachment.

The office action is fairly self explanatory. What exactly do you need clarification on?

What do you do? You must respond. If you don't know how to respond, I would suggest contacting an attorney. Jeff is right that it's a very basic refusal but if an applicant does not know what they are doing, the applicant could easily respond incorrectly or incompletely and lose their application and early filing date.
