my girlfirend has her citizen test and oath soon and 4 weeks ago she got caught with a DWI and her court date for trial is not up yet does she lie and say NO or does she say YES to being arrested and convected?

We tend to find that, as a general rule, it best to make full disclosures to the CIS. We have generally found that a DWI is not an obstacle with regard to a Citizenship Application.
