Can an illegal alien legally have ownership of a business?

Yes.
 
 
Yes, however they cannot be an employee of the business. There is a distinction between being an owner (stockholder) and being an employee. The profits (if any) must be taken from the company or organization in a different manner. Our office provides corporate and business planning to our clients on a regular basis.
