no will
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 12/11/2009
My husbands father recently took his own life, he was married for about 6 years. At the time of his death he owned a home w/ property in washington state. they did a quick deed on the home that he owned out right before the marriage. He died with no will.. my husband was the only child and feels that he should get some of his fathers estate. But of course the widow says no way, its all hers. Could this be true?? that my husband has no legal rights to his dads estate??
