divorce in italy

Hi, me a german citizen want to marry an actual married woman, who is ukraine citizen, but in the moment married with an italian citizen. As non italian citizen did she have a possibility to avoid the 3 years of seperation forced by italian law?, e.g. by divorce and new marriage in ukraine? thanks for answer

In Italy, as you correctly say in your post, 3 years of separation are the condition for divorce. There is not only italian law. Consider "forum shopping". Ukraine may permit a much faster procedure of divorce. Maybe even a German court could be territorialy competent, if your future wife is resident there.
