Child Abanament

Tennessee law,I am 17 yrs old,a senior in high school and working part time.Me and my girl friend had a baby about 3 months ago and we have been living together with her Dad and her grandmother,I have bought everything the baby needs since the baby has been born.diapers,milk,and so on.Me and my girlfriend has been having problums the last few weeks and I moved out.My questions is,If I continue to try to see my child and buy the things my child needs can she get me for child abanament.I have no receipts to prove I have bought these things until I moved out.
