Hi, Please advise as to the procedure and time frame for applying for permanent residency for parents and siblings of recently approved US Citizens. Thank you!

An I-130 can be filed by the USC for the prospective beneficiary and if the beneficiary is in the U.S. then an Adjustment of Status can be filed here (if the individual is in status or has only been out of status for less then 180 days or is 245(i)). If the individual is outside the U.S. then the visa can be sent to the National Visa Center and then to the U.S. Consulate abroad.
