How do I communicate with my Legal Professional?
Ultimately, it is up to you how you communicate, but you can always communicate through internal LegalForce messaging if that is easiest for you. Of course, when an interview is set up, both parties receive each other’s contact information such as outside email address as well as phone number. LegalForce also allows you to exchange messaging screen names for people who find this an easy way to communicate.

How do I know how much work the Legal Professional did?
LegalForce provides a tool where Legal Professionals can log their hours on a daily basis. We also provide a space where they can detail what they did on each day. As an employer, you can ask for as detailed a description as you would like. For projects such as document review, you can set an hourly or daily quota and require that this quota is met. You can also ask that new progress is emailed to you daily.

Does LegalForce guarantee the quality of the work?
We do everything that we can to ensure successful results, but ultimately, there is no way that we can *guarantee* the quality of work. We believe the Legal Employer and the Legal Professional have a shared responsibility to work toward a successful outcome and LegalForce’s role is to provide all the tools and support possible to help.

How do I make sure confidential information is secure?
Ensuring confidentiality is a large concern for Legal Employers. As such, LegalForce allows job posters to upload confidentiality agreements, NDA’s, and conflict checks that they can require candidates to sign before they are hired. As for individual attorney candidates, the same rules of professional responsibility still apply.
