Tom McKinney is a partner at Castronovo & McKinney, LLC.  He has substantive experience in all major areas of labor and employment law, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, LAD, FLSA and New York State and City Human Rights Laws. Tom also has substantive experience in all phases commercial and general litigation.  Tom is admitted to practice in the State of New York, State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Prior to forming the firm, Tom was associated with Gibbons P.C. in Newark, NJ.
