A lawyer who completes deals--not one who destroys them. Fair-minded, good judgement, smart, excellent business sense, creative, engaged in the community--charms both clients and colleagues--does not take from those who work with him, be they junior or senior, but allows others to grow and to share in the recognition/acknowledgements of others in jobs well-done-- an outstanding lawyer and a very good person.

Jon Pang helps his clients sleep better. He has a thoughtful and forward-looking, issues/solutions-generating approach to the practical practice of law. His low-key but very effective approach to problem solving is a benefit for both clients and adversaries.

Miss. Bast-Nist was in our firm for a brief time. In that very short time, she managed to have an office affair, cause a divorce, marry the newly divorced, have him fall on his head in a climbing accident (divine intervention?). And then leave the firm(not necessarily in that order). Obviously, with such at-work-conduct, her productivity and delivery was inadequate, if not hurting. This young attorney has much to learn about the business world, professional conduct in the work place, social interacting and net-working with peers, Judges, professionals, and co-workers. Under no circumstances would we hire and/or recommend.

Formerly Miss. Bast, she had an affair with an office co-worker (married) and caused a divorce. She left the firm, but not the "man."
Creating a nasty-ugly-immoral mess in her wake. Now bouncing around Anchorage, with her reputation in tow. I guess that is reflective of the person & quality of individual. Her work is reflective of the same.
