I have known Terry for 15 years and have had him represent me on atleast a half dozen cases. He has always furfilled his promises to me and come thru when I needed him. I also have referred four other people and they had the same experience. He has proven to be hardworking , aggressive, and overall truly cares about his clients .He has helped me get out of more trouble then I'd like to admit. I strongly reccomend seeking a public defender before staying with this lawyer...It was evident that he was not a very good lawyer....If anything he made things worse! he was an hour late, and when he arrived he said ALL of the WRONG things!!! I was amazed......In under thirty seconds, he managed to throw his own client under the bus INADVERTANTLY!!!! When questioned as to why he messed up so bad, he did nothing but lie and deny the fact that he was really doing a horrible job.... Even while in the lobby atleast 6 people came up to me after seeing me talk to him and they said... AND I QUOTE " why are you talking to that guy terry, He's the worst lawyer, And he does drugs all the time. " 6 different people all named the same drug... How is that a coincedence?? If you ask me, he's not on his game at all, and he's a very careless lawyer.. The public defender's were alot better, and their clients were actually bad guys! I've never seen anyone mess up anything so simple in my life... He didnt have any of the facts straight at all! it would have been better if he just didnt show up...

After seven months of being rejected by every lawyer I spoke to, Kurt Alexander took the time to listen to my explanation of how the case could be reduced to a simple presentation...rather then pre-judge his own ability to win based on his inexperience with the sole factor at question that had scared all the others off... and applied a bit of common sense to the equation He then accepted the challenge and proved to be the most adept, pro-active spokesperson I could ever have hoped represent me.
His respect for me won me over and anyone who is privileged to secure his services will be well served.

I have the privilege of knowing Mr. Cargill for over 10 years and he is a very caring and proffesional individual a person who would not hesitate to help people in need, a man of the people, like we say in the military I would folow him to hell and back,that is how much I trust this man's integrity, knowledge and above all maturity.

I can't recommend Joe Katz highly enough. From the first time i called him, he called me right back without knowing anything about me or my financial situation & gave me a free consultation. I had just been served in a messy divorce & needed someone locally. He gave me very practical advice & once I decided to run with him, completely exceeded my expectations with how much attention he gave the particulars in my case & totally shined in the courtroom proceedings. A really down to earth guy but sharp as a razor in the courtroom! He really fought for me & it didn't cost me an arm & a leg. I couldn't be more satisfied with how things turned out & won't hesitate for a moment to use his services again. Fantastic job Mr. Katz!
