Randy C. Eisensmith, Ph.D. is a litigation associate resident in Fried Frank's New York office.  He joined the Firm in 2004.

Dr. Eisensmith's practice is concentrated in the field of intellectual property, including patent litigation, patent prosecution, and the drafting of patent opinions.  Representative technologies include biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and medical and other devices. Dr. Eisensmith also litigates trademark matters in federal District Court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to his intellectual property practice, Dr. Eisensmith has litigated a wide range of general civil and commercial matters.
