David Arola Kaminski was born in Barcelona, Spain. He first obtained his law degree in University of Barcelona, Spain, where he was selected to represent Spain in the Eucotax Debates (European Universities Cooperating on Taxes), celebrated in the Netherlands about European Tax Law, and published La libre circulación de capitales en relación con terceros estados (Free Circulation of Capital in the EU in relation to Third States), in Magazine Empresa, July 2005, and El conflicto en la aplicación de la norma tributaria (The conflicts that derive from the application of tax laws in Spain),in Magazine El Fisco, June 2005. Mr. Kaminski was later selected to participate, and successfully completed the Dual Law Degree Program between Nova Southeastern University and University of Barcelona, and moved to the United States where he obtained his U.S. law degree. Mr. Kaminski is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and in Spain. In Spain, he concentrated his practice in the areas of Labor Law, Contracts and International Transactions. Currently, he focuses in the areas of Business and Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation and Transactions, Immigration and Business Transactions.
