Ivan S. Kavrukov was born in Bulgaria in 1940. He earned a Bachelor of electrical engineering degree and a JD degree from George Washington University. He is admitted to the New York and Virginia State Bars, the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the US Claims Court, and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and other courts and is a registered patent attorney. Mr. Kavrukov is a member of the American Bar Association, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the New York Intellectual Property Law Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Federal Bar Council. He has lectured on patent topics, and he specializes in patent-related counseling, litigation, and in special patent prosecution matters.
