Josh Bowlin maintains a general litigation practice emphasizing civil, commercial, construction and engineering litigation matters. He has participated in claims before state and federal courts, tort actions, general negligence claims, toxic tort claims and labor and employment disputes. Josh has also assisted in AAA and NASD proceedings, securities arbitration and minority shareholder disputes, Deceptive Trade Practices Act violations, breach of contract, construction and maritime disputes and fraud and products liability defense.
