Tarak Shah is an associate in the Cooley Godward Kronish Business department. He joined the Firm in 2004 and is resident in the San Francisco office.
Mr. Shah has a general business and corporate law practice with an emphasis on the representation of public and private emerging growth companies in securities transactions, including public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and international transactions.
Mr. Shah received a J.D. in 2004 from Harvard Law School, where he served as an editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. He received a B.S., magna cum laude, in Physical Biochemistry from the University of Florida.
Mr. Shah is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
