• Representing ad hoc committees of trade creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcies of Adelphia Communications, Intermet Corporation, and Solutia Inc.
• Prosecuting and negotiating resolution of avoidance actions and claim objections on behalf of the bankruptcy estate of Global Crossing
