Jeffrey A. Leonard is a Member of Cozen O'Connor and Chair of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Leonard has 20 years of experience covering the full range of real estate development, leasing, financing and work-out transactions. His clients include a regional drugstore chain; investors in and owners of multifamily housing properties; developers involved in the rehabilitation of blighted office properties, which typically involves both public and private financing institutions; several major lending institutions; and investors and owners of outlet and retail shopping malls, shopping centers, and office buildings.
Mr. Leonard has spoken at multiple International Council of Shopping Centers seminars on retail leasing subjects. Mr. Leonard is a board member of the PENJERDEL Council, an economic development council which promotes development of commerce in the Philadelphia region.
Mr. Leonard’s professional memberships include the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a 1982 graduate of Lafayette College and a 1985 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of The Tax Lawyer. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
