Andrew Kay is a litigation partner in Kirkland's Washington office. He concentrates his practice principally in the areas of complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and client counseling involving commercial disputes, financial and consumer products and contracts, and manufacturing processes. Andrew has successfully litigated contract, antitrust, fraud, negligence, patent, trade secret, consumer class actions, and derivative lawsuits in federal and state courts throughout the country. He has successfully counseled clients in internal investigations.
Andrew has handled cases involving the following industries: telecommunications equipment; medical devices; specialty chemical manufacturing; pharmaceuticals; computer software; power generation; commercial and military aircraft; and insurance.
