Ashley I. Pezzner is a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. He is a member of the firm's Management Committee and is a co-vice chair of the firm's Patent Prosecution and Counseling section.
He represents clients in a variety of areas including patent counseling and opinions, interferences, prosecution and reissue and reexaminations in chemical, biotech, biomedical and pharmaceutical matters. Ashley’s practice has included chemicals, polymers, pharmaceutical compounds and medical devices. He is also experienced in mechanical patent prosecution.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley was a chemical patent examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has worked in the inorganic, organic and polymer fields prior to joining the firm.
