I have nearly twenty years experience practicing law. I spent my first five years as a commercial and real estate litigation associate with two major Miami law firms, including Shutts & Bowen. For the past fifteen years, I have provided business and legal counsel to entrepreneurial South Florida companies. For more than ten of those years, I was owner, President and general counsel of a local manufacturing/retail apparel company. In 2007, I returned to private practice representing and providing general counsel services to local businesses. Having “hands-on” business operational experience allows me to counsel my clients with a unique perspective of having “been there, done that.”
