While attending the Boston University School of Law, Megan McMillin was the executive editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law. She also completed the law school's business organizations and finance law concentration. Ms. McMillin spent the summer after her first year of law school as an intern at the US Attorney’s Office in Boston. She spent the summer after her second year of law school as part of Choate's Summer Associate program where she worked on a broad spectrum of corporate and bankruptcy matters.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. McMillin was a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton.
