Jeff is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the firm. He is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group, and Chair of the Economic Development and Incentives Team. Jeff has been involved in the successful negotiation of hundreds of millions of dollars in economic incentives; acquisition, rezoning, financing, development, leasing and sale of industrial, commercial, recreational and residential properties and air rights; the negotiation and preparation of construction contracts; numerous appearances before planning commissions and other government agencies and authorities, and numerous mergers, acquisitions and other corporate matters.
