Professional experience
Kristin Strojan is an Associate in the San Diego office of Fish & Richardson. Her practice emphasizes business and commercial litigation, including the defense of consumer class actions and section 17200 claims. Ms. Strojan has several years of previous law firm experience in patent litigation, trade secret litigation and other intellectual property litigation, including work in copyright and trademark disputes. During law school, she was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable David R. Thompson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (2002).
