Description:
Our client, an established Seattle-based Fortune 500 Company, is seeking an experienced Contracts Negotiator on a long-term temporary (6 mos.) basis.
Duties on the position include but are not limited to the following:
• Review, negotiate, and draft vendor contracts in a timely manner;
• Engage and work with support groups, internal customers, and vendors;
• Provide legal research and writing regarding contract law;
• Advise on contract issues.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Have experience with drafting and negotiating Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, Master License Agreements, Renewals, Support & Maintenance Agreements, NDAs, Terminations, Extensions, Assignments;
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Have experience negotiating legal terms and business terms;
• Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot and create solutions;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
• J.D. preferred, but not required
