Description:
Our client, a well-known IP firm, has requested Kearney Boyle & Associates, Inc. to conduct a search for a temp trademark secretary for their San Francisco office. This position requires thorough knowledge of the trademark prosecution process. A minimum of 2 years trademark secretarial work is a must. This position will assist with the preparation of formal documents for PTO intellectual property procedures and requirements; maintaining U.S. Trademark Prosecution case files; knowledge of international procedures and requirements a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) and attention to detail are required. Must be computer literate, including solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
