On-Line Civil Unit & Tradition Researcher
- Ensure proper workflow of record cases, monitor performance criteria - team service, statusing, cost, etc - Identify areas for improvement and implement processes to chieve the imporvement, work with record researchers to obtain court information within customers requirmenets, conduct search results, recruit new record researchers, negotiate supplier record rates, work with courts to improve service, perform other job related duties
Knowledge/Skills:
Bachelors degree or commiserate experience required, paralegal, property title work, records research or criminal justive experience is required, knowledge of records, knowledge of requesting choicepoint systems, good key board skills, type at least 40 wpm, windows exp, good interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills, problem solving skills
