Description:
For Indian Qualified Attornets:- Relevant Legal Degree (LLB), with an Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Software, Organic Chemistry or Biotechnology or other equivalent.
For USA Qualified Attorney:- An IP Attorney
At least 7 years experience with an IP law firm or in-house counsel or LPO, with hands-on experience in drafting patents and drafting Responses to Office Actions and/or patent prosecution. Experience and relevant education in USA patent filings and Office Action a prerequisite. The successful candidate will need to display good expertise on law and procedure relating to patents, excellent patent drafting skills, and effective skills in handling patent prosecution and drafting Responses to Office Actions.
Experience in other areas of IP and the law is a distinct advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical and professional skills. Ability to lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team. Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent client management and client relations skills. Candidate must be highly motivated, exhibit proactive responsibility, and self-disciplined.
