The successful candidate for of this position must have proficiency with Excel and the document management program Summation.
ABOUT THE POSITIONS

• Perform document review and input information into Summation and Excel;
• Go to courthouse to obtain pleading or perform filing as needed;

LEGAL ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
Professionalism
3 years Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
Attention to detail, accuracy, and great organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload effectively, and accept supervision
Experience with Timeslips software a plus
Experience with and/or knowledge of real estate law preferred, but willing to train
Must be mature, dependable, detail-oriented self-starter with sharp mind and strong organizational, computer and interpersonal skills. Law firm experience mandatory. Must have excellent grammar and English composition skills and problem solving abilities.
