Description:
The Washington DC office of Finnegan Henderson, one of the world’s leading and largest intellectual property law firms, is seeking litigation clerks to join our dynamic litigation legal assistant department. These positions will assist the Case Manager and litigation legal assistants with all facets of the litigation process.
Responsibilities include: maintaining correspondence and pleadings, assisting in the distribution of documents, utilizing litigation software such as Summation and/or Concordance, assisting with document productions, including copy checking, redacting, and proofreading, maintaining deposition files and deposition databases, assisting with filings and assisting in all aspects of the preparation for trial and attending trial.
Successful candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment and the flexibility to travel and work overtime are required.

Description:
Our client, a major law firm in Atlanta, is in immediate need of a Lit Support Analyst who has very strong Concordance skills. The project is to "fix" a very large and complex existing database. This assignment will be very challenging, so the person must be prepared to handle everything Concordance might throw at them.
The pay is $42.50 per hour.
Duration of assignment: 2 months.
